RSR Partners Appoints John Keitt As Managing Director And Leader Of The Firm's Legal And Compliance Practice

GREENWICH, Conn., May 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RSR Partners, a leading executive recruiting firm specializing in senior level board and executive searches, has announced the appointment of John Keitt as a managing director and leader of the firm's Legal and Compliance Practice. In addition, he will also be a part of the firm's Global Sport and Board Practices. Mr. Keitt has over 25 years of international commercial experience working as a business executive, corporate attorney and consultant in the business, financial, technology, sport, IP and media areas. As both a senior executive and corporate attorney, he has extensive domestic and international experience working with for profit and not-for-profit Boards, CEOs and senior management.

Prior to joining Elizabeth Wall Partners, Mr. Keitt was the Senior Vice President-Global Business and General Counsel for The Associated Press. His previous positions included a Partner at the international law firm of Dewey Ballantine (now Dewey & LeBoeuf). He began his legal career at the international law firm of Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance), starting in the London office and later moving to the New York headquarters. At Rogers & Wells, he practiced international corporate law and was the founder and chair of the Communications, Media and Technology practice.
