RSR Partners Appoints Andrew W. Knox as Managing Director

GREENWICH, Conn., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RSR Partners, a leading executive recruiting firm specializing in senior level board and executive searches, announced today the appointment of Andrew W. Knox as Managing Director in the Firm's Los Angeles office. With more than 30 years of experience in the executive recruiting profession, in both the U.S. and Asia, Mr. Knox has worked across various industry sectors, geographic markets, and functional disciplines, including financial services, consumer products and services, technology, professional services, sports, and entertainment.

Mr. Knox joins RSR Partners from HigdonBraddockMatthews LLC, where he had opened and built the Los Angeles Office for this boutique executive recruiting firm focused on financial services clients. Previously, Mr. Knox spent 24 years with Korn/Ferry International in the U.S. and Japan as a partner. He also served with the Los Angeles office of Russell Reynolds Associates, Inc. and at Bank of America in Los Angeles.

Mr. Knox is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of the Asia Society Southern California Center and a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. He also serves on the Board of the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games, the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, and the Los Angeles Sports Council.

Mr. Knox earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in history from University of California, Los Angeles.
