ARLINGTON, Va., June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- RPJ Housing, a leading non-profit provider of affordable housing in Northern Virginia, has announced the sale of three multi-family rental properties to the Alexandria Housing Development Corporation (AHDC). The properties include Lacy Court, Arbelo, and Longview, which together serve more than 100 individuals and families of limited means.
"RPJ Housing believes that this transaction fits well with our overall strategic plan," stated RPJ Housing Executive Director Eric Bonetti. "Over time, we will continue to expand our portfolio of group homes, permanent supportive housing, and small- to mid-sized affordable multi-family properties located in high-priority neighborhoods. At the same time, AHDC is well suited to ensuring that these properties continue to provide Alexandria residents with affordable housing in the years to come."
