ARLINGTON, Va., May 14, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- RPJ Housing, a leading non-profit provider of affordable housing in Northern Virginia, has announced an initiative to enhance its regulatory compliance.
"Just like any other business, non-profit affordable housing providers have numerous reports, forms, and certifications that must be completed, said RPJ Housing executive director Eric Bonetti. "These forms are important and require a high degree of accuracy and precision. We therefore have launched an initiative to improve our recordkeeping and reporting, and to ensure that we provide our funding sources with the best possible information."
The effort is being led by an outside property management firm and is expected to last for several months.
