ROCKVILLE, Md., March 12 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- RPA is pleased to announce the launch of its redesigned website on March 12, 2010 at 7:15 p.m. during its 2010 Annual Meeting at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel, Baltimore, MD. RPA has been involved in a year long website design process where goals and objectives were outlined and defined in order to launch this new site. TerpSys, a Maryland-based website developer was contracted to design the website based on various specifications to correspond with the needs of our users. The new site has a very clean, warm and fresh design which allows visitors to quickly find information housed in seven primary tabs:
- Manage Your Practice
- Legislation, Regulation and Compliance
- Become a Member
- Meetings and Education
- Patient Care
- Advocacy for You
- Career Center
Integrated into the site is an online advocacy center, bookstore, blogs, videos, electronic newsletters and such more to enhance nephrology practitioners both professionally and personally.
According to Dale Singer, RPA's Executive Director, "It was time for a website overhaul. Over the past several years RPA's programs and services have expanded to meet the growing needs of nephrology practitioners. Our new website allows users to easily find what they are looking for under categories that intuitively make sense. The home page's fresh and crisp look is also much more appealing and clearly highlights RPA's key advocacy issues, products, and services. We anticipate that our site will attract many new and repeat users when they see how easy it is to navigate and the rich content that is included."
The new RPA website will be revealed to its members and the entire nephrology community on Friday, March 12th around 7:15 p.m. Be an active part of the launch by virtually joining RPA at www.livestream.com/greencast. Be sure to leave a comment about the site.
