RP Solutions and Otter Tail Power Company to Speak at Utility Payment Conference

Paula Foster, Otter Tail Power Company's Supervisor of Cash Management, together with Bill Pierce, RP Solutions' National Account Manager, will reveal how this Minnesota-based utility reengineered its remittance processing operation to significantly reduce costs, improve efficiency and provide better customer service.
