Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) received notice today from Mr Simon Henry, a Director of the Company, that on August 4, 2014 he sold 30,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares at a price of £25.5150 per share and a further 20,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares at a price of £25.4710 per share. The transactions took place in London.
