Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (RDS.A) (RDS.B) received notice on May 28, 2014 from Mr Simon Henry, a Director of the Company, that on May 27, 2014 he sold 10,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares at a price of £24.50 per share and a further 5,000 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares at a price of £24.57 per share. The transactions took place in London.

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with DR 3.1.4 R(1)(a).
