Royal Dutch Shell plc: Completion USD 7,480 Million Credit Facility

Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE:RDS.A) (NYSE:RDS.A) is pleased to announce it has completed a USD 7,480 mln revolving credit facility with a group of relationship banks. The new 5 +1 +1 year facility refinances an existing USD 5.1 bln revolving credit facility that was originally due to expire in August 2015.
