Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (NYSE:RDS.A)(NYSE:RDS.B) announces that Linda G. Stuntz, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a member of the Nomination and Succession Committee with effect from June 1, 2016.
