LONDON, December 20, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3), Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) announces that Jorma Ollila will stand down as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from December 31, 2010.

    With effect from January 1, 2011, the membership of the Remuneration
Committee is as follows:

    Hans Wijers (Chairman)
    Josef Ackermann
    Charles O. Holliday
