LONDON, March 5, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Royal Dutch Shell plc (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) (the "Company") today received notice from Sir Peter Job, a Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 4th March 2010 he purchased 1,215 Royal Dutch Shell B shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of GBP17.9086 per share and that on 5th March 2010 he purchased a further 353 Royal Dutch Shell B shares of Euro 0.07 each at a price of GBP17.8436 . His total current holding, including the interests of his "Connected Persons", is now 6,258 Royal Dutch Shell plc B shares.
