RoundTable Healthcare Partners Makes Investment In Revision Skincare LLC And Goodier Cosmetics LLC

LAKE FOREST, Ill., Aug. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RoundTable Healthcare Partners ("RoundTable"), an operating-oriented private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, announced today that it has made a majority investment in Revision Skincare LLC ("Revision") and Goodier Cosmetics LLC ("Goodier") (together, "Revision-Goodier" or the "Company"). Revision is a leading marketer of physician direct dispensed products sold exclusively through dermatologists, plastic surgeons and other specialists, including well-known brands such as Nectifirm™, Intellishade™ and Teamine™. Goodier is a developer and manufacturer of niche topical personal care and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products for Revision and other third parties. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

John and Rob Muller, the owners and founders of Revision-Goodier, will retain a significant ownership stake in the company and will continue to serve in their current roles as CEO and COO, respectively, and as members of the Board.

As part of the transaction and to finance further growth opportunities for the Company, RoundTable facilitated the successful completion of new senior credit facilities.
