AUSTIN, Texas, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- ROUND2 INC. announced today that Jeff Mangels has joined the company as Director of Marketing.  Mangels, who comes to ROUND2 from National Financial Partners Corp., has more than 12 years of marketing experience and will drive all aspects of ROUND2's marketing and communication efforts.
