Presently the program has seven scholars; six at Rutgers and one at William Paterson University.

New and past recipients will be honored at the 7th Annual Garden State Woman Annual Awards Luncheon which will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012 at the Park Avenue Club in Florham Park, New Jersey. The benefit is sponsored by the Garden State Woman Education Foundation to honor outstanding New Jersey women nominated by their peers in recognition of their professional and personal activities that benefit other women.
Rosalie Mandel, Founder of the Rothstein Kass The Office of LIFE Program (Leadership, Inspiration, Family, Empowerment) has previously been honored as Garden State Woman of the Year in recognition of the program's efforts to help women reach their full potential by fostering leadership opportunities, creating new business development platforms and facilitating mentoring relationships.

We are proud of the impact that the program has made within our organization, and of our broader efforts to promote teamwork and facilitate work / life integration," said Steve Kass, Co-CEO of Rothstein Kass.
