Rosen Publishing will be responsible for creating and selling new titles under each of these brands and will become the exclusive publisher of existing Greenhaven, Lucent, and KidHaven books and ebooks. The imprints join Rosen's larger educational holdings and programs which include: Rosen Publishing, PowerKids Press, Windmill Books, Rosen Classroom, Rosen Digital, Rosen en español, Britannica Educational Publishing, Gareth Stevens Publishing, Cavendish Square, Enslow Publishing, and Jackdaw Publishing.

Gale will retain ownership of the Opposing Viewpoints in Context database. Gale will also dramatically expand the number of Rosen titles offered on GVRL, Gale's eBook platform.
