Roseland Announces An Additional Program Of Renovations To Crystal House Luxury Multi-Family Community In Arlington, Va.
Rental Community Upgrades Underway
ARLINGTON, Va., March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Roseland, a subsidiary of Mack‑Cali Realty Corporation, today announced that an additional program of significant capital improvements to Crystal House—the residential development located at 2000 S. Eads Street in Arlington, Va.—has commenced and is set to be completed by December 2016.
The recently launched, multi-phase renovation program at Crystal House includes enhancements to the community's common areas, lobbies, penthouses, and penthouse roof decks, as well as the pool and outdoor amenities. In addition to the common area renovations, new state-of-the-art washers and dryers are being added to each building's studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. These new appliances will be fully installed throughout this spring. Further, full renovations to approximately half of the community's 828 apartments will include upgraded kitchens with new appliances, upgraded fixtures and finishes in the bathrooms, and new flooring throughout.
Construction for one building's main lobby is already underway, with an anticipated opening in May. The upgraded exterior grounds and newly renovated pool area are set to be completed in time for Memorial Day. Improvements will continue throughout the community's common areas and apartments thereafter.
"Arlington has experienced vast economic development over the last few years as a burgeoning urban area and key business district. It's important that we meet the needs of the growing community," said Andrew Marshall, executive vice president of development at Roseland. "With the latest renovations at Crystal House, we're enhancing one of the best located residential communities in the area to accommodate the demand for a cutting-edge lifestyle for our residents."
Crystal House features an ideal blend of vintage styling and modern amenities with luxuriously spacious layouts and an amenities package that will rival brand-new communities. Ideally located in the heart of Arlington, Crystal House is within walking distance of Pentagon City, which boasts a wide selection of entertainment, dining and retail options. For commuters, Crystal House is just steps away from The Metro, and a short drive to Reagan National Airport.
