Roseanne Stars Pick & Host Their Favorite Episodes on Laff In Special Week-Long Primetime Event March 19-24 Leading up to Reboot of Series on ABC on March 27
ATLANTA, March 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Laff, the country's first-ever, over-the-air broadcast television network devoted to comedy around-the-clock, will present a primetime event called "Roseanne Family Favorites Week" featuring the cast of Roseanne handpicking and hosting their favorite episodes of the hit series every night at 9:00 p.m. (ET), Monday, March 19 through Saturday, March 24. Laff's "Roseanne Family Favorites Week" leads up to the new reboot of the series, which debuts Tues. March 27 on ABC.
Cast members coming to Laff to pick their favorites are Roseanne Barr, John Goodman (Dan), Laurie Metcalf (Aunt Jackie), Sara Gilbert (Darlene), Michael Fishman (D.J.), Lecy Goranson (Original Becky) with the schedule as follows:
Monday, March 19 – John Goodman's Favorite
Tuesday, March 20 – Laurie Metcalf Favorite
Wednesday, March 21– Lecy Goranson's Favorite
Thursday, March 22 – Michael Fishman's Favorite
Friday, March 23 – Sara Gilbert's Favorite
Saturday, March 24 – Roseanne Barr's Favorite
Viewers will have to tune-in each night at 9:00 p.m. (ET) to discover which episode each cast member selected as their personal favorite.
Roseanne episodes are seen on Laff every night, with four episodes back-to-back between 9:00 – 11:00 p.m. (ET). Rated as one of the greatest shows of all-time by TV Guide, Roseanne was the most-watched television show in the United States in the late 1980s and early '90s and was a top five show for the majority of its run on ABC.
Laff features a hall-of-fame line-up of hit sitcoms, including Roseanne, That '70s Show, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The Drew Carey Show, Night Court, Spin City, Grace Under Fire, Ellen and more. Laff just announced that it will add Home Improvement, starring Tim Allen, this fall.
Laff airs on the broadcast signals of local television stations and corresponding cable carriage and features a programming mix of contemporary off-network sitcoms and popular movies geared toward an audience of adults 18-49.
