Ron Fior Joins Good Technology as Chief Financial Officer

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Oct. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Good Technology™, the leader in secure mobility, today announced that Ron Fior has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  Ron brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance to Good, and an impressive track record with public and private companies both domestically and internationally.  Ron will be responsible for all financial aspects of Good's business, including worldwide accounting, capital structure, and tax and treasury reporting.

Ron joins Good from Callidus Cloud, a Pleasanton, CA -based enterprise software  company, where as CFO, he oversaw revenue growth from $25 million to over $100 million. He took Callidus public in 2003 after spearheading the company's pre-IPO financing and more recently, oversaw the structural transformation of Callidus from a perpetual license business model to recurring revenue software as a service (SAAS) enterprise.
