Romarco Announces Annual General Meeting Voting Results
TORONTO, May 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSX: R) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of voting at its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held earlier today.
A total of 969,627,835 common shares were voted in connection with the meeting, representing approximately 78.03% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Shareholders voted as follows:
