Ghai will be focused on RSA delivering solutions that help customers more strategically address their security transformation and better manage business risk.
Ghai is currently president of Dell EMC's Enterprise Content Division, and responsible for all aspects of the business. He has been instrumental in setting a compelling vision, transforming go-to-market and revitalizing the portfolio for the digital era through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. His transition to RSA will be effective upon the close of the transaction of Dell EMC's Enterprise Content Division.

Ghai joined Dell EMC from Symantec, where he held a variety of senior engineering and general management roles. He also brings a wealth of expertise in digital transformation in highly regulated markets, has deep knowledge across the software industry and brings to RSA a focus on operational excellence.
