A recent retiree from a fifty two year career, Roger has established his own consultancy business specializing in marine and industrial environmental services. His areas of expertise include business development, operational and mechanical engineering, maritime operations, marine engineering, maintenance management and troubleshooting.

Throughout the course of his illustrious career, Roger has dedicated countless years working for companies such as Clyde Marine, Shell, Aramco, Kuwait Oil Tanker Co., Vships and more. Prior to retirement, he worked for a ship management business where he managed a fleet self-unloading vessels throughout the Great Lakes of Canada as well as serving on gas carriers, tankers and container vessels.

A member of the Canadian Institute of Marine Engineers and IDE, he has done presentations for the Canadian Marine Advisory Council and holds several industry related certifications.
