SYOSSET, N.Y., Dec. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Roger E. Taborsky, of Baltimore, Maryland, has been included in the Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Edition for his outstanding contributions and achievements in the field of electronics.
ABOUT ROGER E. TABORSKY
Mr. Taborsky has had almost 25 years of experience in electronic engineering. He currently is an Electronic Engineer with Gramophone, Ltd., who designs and installs custom home theatres. He is responsible for service/troubleshooting for high-end audio/video designs. Mr. Taborsky's expertise encompasses many fields. He judges, instructs and evaluates gymnastics, he is an NRA Certified Rifle & Pistol Instructor/Range Safety Officer, he is involved in oceanography, underwater photography and exploration and is also expert in engineering technical services. Mr. Taborsky was honored by having his name placed onto the Stardust Spacecraft to the Comet Wild II, by NASA, in 2004, and on the Ikaros Spacecraft in 2010. He has dozens of certifications, awards and honors including a 15-Year Membership Award/1,000 Logged Dives Award, both from the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, Coach of the Year Award, the American Sokol Organization, Legion of Honor Award, National Rifle Association, Exemplary Achievement and Distinguished Contributions Award, Who's Who Historical Society, a Letter of Accommodation from the Secretary to the President of the United States, the American Medal of Honor, American Biographical Institute, and was awarded the International Peace Prize in April of 2005. Mr. Taborsky received a B.S.E. in Electronics, from the University of Maryland in 1973. He is a member of the U.S. Elite Gymnastics Coaches Association, Imaging Science Foundation, Inc., The Planetary Society and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors/National Association of Underwater Instructors. He currently resides in Towson, Maryland.
