SANTA MONICA, Calif., Aug. 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Robin Thicke's No. 1 hit single, "Blurred Lines," featuring T.I. & Pharrell continues to break records this week as the track takes over the top spot on five radio charts. The single is currently holding down the top spot on the Top 40, Rhythm, Urban, Hot AC and Urban AC charts. Earlier this month, the track broke the record for the highest radio audience ever recorded and reached No. 1 in 102 countries around the world. In addition, "Blurred Lines" been certified 4x-platinum with more than 4 million in sales to date.
Last week, Robin Thicke's critically acclaimed sixth studio album of the same name, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart. At the same time, "Blurred Lines," the single, continues its reign on the Billboard Hot 100 chart making Robin the first artist to take the top spot on both lists since December 2012 and only the 17th act to earn the distinction in the past ten years.
