Robert Rotondo Joins Vivid Seats as VP of Contact Center Operations
Former Capital One executive to lead Vivid Seats' dedicated customer experience team

Prior to joining Capital One, Rotondo acted as Vice President of Global Corporate Payments Servicing for American Express, where he was responsible for delivering customer care for business-to-business products across the globe.
