Robert Pragada Named New President and CEO of The Brock Group

HOUSTON, Aug. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Brock Group announced today that Bob Pragada has been named the next President and Chief Executive Officer of The Brock Group. Pragada joins Brock from Jacobs, where he served as Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Pragada succeeds Jeff Davis, who will continue to serve as Chairman.

In addition to his most recent role at Jacobs, Pragada held various senior management positions within the company, including Group Vice President of a major operating division. Before joining Jacobs, Pragada was Chief Operating Officer of Kinetics, an industry-leading full-service design build contractor operating in the process and industrial markets globally.

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Pragada began his career in the Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps and Seabees officer, providing base construction and maintenance services and international contingency operations, rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Pragada also earned a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from Stanford University.
