- "Roanoke Valley Broadband has given us access to 21st Century fiber infrastructure at a reasonable cost which is critically important to Blue Ridge PBS. In this day and age, we need this as much as we need streets, bridges and almost any other service or facility. With the new broadband network, it's now possible for us to expand the station's programming and move control of its technical operations to cloud computing saving staff time and the station money."
- James Baum, President and CEO
Blue Ridge PBS
- "The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) had the pleasure of working with the Roanoke Valley Broadband Authority (RVBA) to launch our new network in May of this year. The Authority needed an affordable and reliable solution to provide service to multiple locations in the valley. The RVBA met and exceeded our needs. To maintain seamless operations, the Authority had an aggressive drop-dead deadline for transitioning on to the RVBA network, and they delivered on-time. Throughout the entire process, the Authority found the open communication with the RVBA to be timely, detailed and critical to the success of the project. After the successful launch, the Authority continues to get outstanding support from Frank Smith and his team."

You are to be congratulated on setting up the RVBA for continued success; and with customer service like this you can count on ALI to be an advocate for your services in the region. Thank you again; for helping us with a mutual client do what we were explicitly told could not be done in Roanoke."
