RMT Names New Director of Business Development, Federal Renewable Energy

MADISON, Wis., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- In support of RMT, Inc.'s (RMT) expanded services to the Federal market, the company has named Bruce Iverson its new Director of Business Development, Federal Renewable Energy. In this role, Iverson will be working closely with RMT's Federal team to lead sales efforts and secure federally funded projects for the full suite of RMT's renewable energy services, including consulting and development, engineering, and procurement and construction.

"Bruce has provided engineering leadership to RMT's Renewable Energy unit for the past four years," explained Frank Greb, RMT Vice President, Renewable Energy. "This experience, combined with Bruce's background working with the Federal government, will provide the additional resources RMT needs to grow our renewable energy portfolio and support our Federal initiative."

RMT's expanded services to the Federal market include complex remediation, energy management, and renewable energy solutions. "With his renewable energy and environmental experience and business acumen, Bruce is ideally suited for this role," stated RMT's Federal Program Director Elizabeth Boyette. "I am confident that he will strengthen our Federal team and our ability to win and deliver challenging projects to the Federal Government."

Iverson has worked on wind and solar projects for RMT's Renewable Energy unit since 2006, and most recently served as Director, Engineering Management, where he managed engineering managers on EPC projects. In addition to his renewable energy experience, Iverson has over ten years of experience working in the Federal market as the Task Order Manager for the Savanna Army Depot Activity (SVADA) installation and the Jefferson Proving Ground (JPG) installation for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers under the Louisville-Total Environmental Restoration Contract (TERC).

Iverson has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin.
