RMT Names David Kutcher Chief Commercial Officer

MADISON, Wis., Jan. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- RMT, Inc. (RMT) recently named David Kutcher Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this position, Kutcher is charged with leading the overall commercial strategy and development of the company. He will be working closely with RMT's Environmental and Renewable Energy Business Units to ensure the integrated commercial success of RMT.

Specifically, Kutcher is responsible for overseeing RMT activities related to marketing, sales, product development, and customer service; managing the customer interface with RMT's service offerings; aligning all RMT functions to meet RMT's strategic management objectives; and drafting, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will allow RMT to achieve its long-term objectives.

Kutcher joined RMT as Vice President and General Counsel for RMT in May 2009, and has continued to transition to the business side of the organization. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Western Illinois University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is a member of the State Bar Associations of Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa, as well as the American Wind Energy Association.
