Hosted by television health expert Dr. Anna Marie, the weekly half-hour better living show is packed with inspiring advice and tips to help bring balance and fulfillment to every aspect of viewers' lives.

As part of RLTV's promise to provide engaging and relevant programming to its audience, Your Life Redefined offers innovative ideas to help Boomers and Seniors continue to reshape and improve their lives. The show focuses on happy, healthy living for everyone in the family, even the pets.
