Keeley has joined the firm to assume the new role of Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales and Business Development. Keeley, 46, has more than 23 years of experience in institutional sales, futures brokerage and trading, and management.

Keeley will also supplement the efforts of RJO's Enterprise Solutions sales team, offering private label facilities management services to buy-side and sell-side firms in which futures are not the primary business. RJO delivers customized solutions to many of the world's largest financial services firms, enabling them to outsource a wide range of front-office execution capabilities and back-office operations, depending on the needs of the client.
Keeley most recently served as Senior Vice President, Director of Sales and Business Development for Phillip Futures Inc.. He previously spent 10 years at Newedge USA (formerly Fimat USA), where he was Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales in the Institutional Relationship Management Group and First Vice President in the Institutional Sales Group.
From 1996 to 2000, Keeley was Second Vice President at Northern Trust, where he ran the Derivatives Operations team within the Securities Operations Group and co-led a team of more than 125 relationship managers and team leaders managing more than 1,000 investment manager relationships. He began his career at NationsBanc-CRT (Chicago Research and Trading) as an Energy and Commodities Manager and Asian Trading Supervisor.
Keeley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and mathematics from Indiana University in Bloomington. He has served for two years as a Board member of the Wheaton Park District and is formerly co-President of an elementary school PTA.
