HARRISBURG, Pa., Feb. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Riverview Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: RIVE) today declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share for the first quarter of 2019. The dividend is payable March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2019.
Brett D. Fulk, President and Chief Executive Officer stated, "Based on our earnings results, we are pleased to declare a dividend for the first quarter of 2019 which represents an annualized yield of 3.6% based on the closing price of our stock on the dividend declaration date.
