Eleven bidders competed in the auction, which was conducted in cooperation with Ryan Block, Managing Owner of RE/MAX Obsidian Real Estate, resulting in a total sale price of $3,685,000 – the highest price on record in Moran, WY. The winning buyers are from Nebraska and California and were represented by B.K. Reno of RE/MAX Obsidian Real Estate and Christian Andersen of Coldwell Banker Previews.
