(Pink Sheets: RICP) is pleased to announce the appointments of Amaury dos Santos, Lloyd Ramirez and Jack Combs to the Board of Directors and Carl Kruse as Secretary/Treasurer.  These individuals bring vast experience in the fields of international finance and new technology development into the Company. Each individual also brings a proven history of successful business ventures and will enable Riverdale Capital to align itself with companies in similar fields, with proven track records.
