River Logic Inc. Appoints Peter Bull as Chief Technology Officer

DALLAS, June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- River Logic Inc., a leading provider of prescriptive analytics and integrated business planning software, proudly announced that Peter Bull has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Bull is responsible for the technical and technology leadership, strategy, development and delivery of River Logic products. The company is excited about Bull's strong vision for user experience and leadership in engineering and product design.

Prior to joining River Logic, Bull held a number of wide-ranging roles in the software and technology industry including Tibco, where he led the mobile analytics product team, and Extended Results, which was acquired by Tibco, where he pioneered a leading mobile business intelligence product. Mr. Bull has a strong entrepreneurial background holding critical roles at Microsoft, where he led the business intelligence team for SharePoint and formulated the design and release of PerformancePoint, SAS Institute, a number of European technology startups and was the CFO of a major international UK-based company. During his time with SAS, Microsoft and Extended Results, Bull has worked directly with a number of major global companies in developing the strategy and approach for harnessing technology for creating organizational value. Bull holds a Business degree from Staffordshire University in the UK and is a Fellow of the Charted Association of Certified Accountants.
