Risk Managers Rank FM Global Highest for Property Claims Management in 2015 Advisen Survey
JOHNSTON, R.I., June 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial and industrial property insurer FM Global is "the most highly regarded carrier for property claims handling," according to the 2015 Advisen Claims Satisfaction Survey. Advisen Ltd., a leading insurance information and analytics firm, surveyed 544 risk managers and brokers for their input on a variety of claims handling best practices, including expertise, accessibility and equitable settlements.
In particular, among risk managers FM Global topped the list for property claims satisfaction. Additionally, FM Global's claims satisfaction score was more than twice that of the number two preferred carrier, per risk managers at organizations with more than US$1 billion in revenue.
