RiseSmart appoints Dan Davenport president and general manager

Prior to serving as RiseSmart's EVP of global operations, Davenport, then SVP of operations and finance, was named 2016 CFO of the year by Silicon Valley Business Journal based on his exceptional leadership, insight and judgment. Davenport has been with the company for over ten years and currently oversees RiseSmart's delivery organization, global operations and global partnerships. As the company's president and general manager, he will carry RiseSmart's mission, innovation excellence, and global opportunities forward.

Sanjay Sathé, who founded RiseSmart over a decade ago, will move on from his role as CEO and president. His vision of addressing the inefficiencies of traditional outplacement quickly disrupted the career transition industry and landed RiseSmart on Deloitte's Technology Fast500 companies list with 453% revenue growth.
