RiseNow Hires New Director of Point-of-Use
Leading Supply Chain Solutions Provider Tabs Industry Expert Dana Demski
LEAWOOD, Kan., Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RiseNow, LLC, a leading supply chain solutions provider, is proud to announce the hiring of Dana Demski as its new Director of Point-of-Use (POU). In his new role, Demski will assist RiseNow clients in ensuring timely and on-budget success with their searches and subsequent implementations of their POU solutions.
Demski brings to RiseNow rich expertise in optimizing inventory management processes. After a lengthy stint working with automotive suppliers in the ERP space, he moved into the healthcare space in 2009 and co-founded ARC Healthcare Technologies, which built an RFID-based POU solution from the ground up. That innovative solution, initially built to manage physician preference items (PPIs) in the OR, evolved to include a Kanban system to manage periodic supplies that is still in use in three of the largest hospitals in the United States.
Before coming to RiseNow, Demski worked at Logi-D, where he helped establish the company as one of the premier POU solutions not only in Canada but also the U.S. The company was subsequently purchased by TECSYS.
"With his experience in understanding the critical success factors, along with the pitfalls before, during, and after implementation, Dana is the right person to help ensure the success of our clients' strategic POU projects," says Matt Stewart, Managing Partner of RiseNow. "We are fortunate to have someone of Dana's caliber on board and look forward to him providing the high level of excellence our clients have come to expect."
