Righttime Medical Care Hires New Chief Human Resources Officer

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Feb. 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Righttime Medical Care, a leading regional urgent care provider, has hired Christopher Rott, SPHR, as Chief Human Resources Officer.   He will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting, staffing, education and training, benefits administration, organizational development and assistance to employees working for Righttime Medical and HeadFirst Sports Injury and Concussion Care.

Mr. Rott, who specializes in businesses undergoing expansion, has more than 25 years' experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational management. Prior to coming to Righttime, Mr. Rott served as vice president of a global media firm. A former professor at the University of Maryland, he taught classes in human resources and labor law. He is also a published author on the topic of human resources.

Mr. Rott earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Flagler College and his Master's in Human Resources at Nova Southeastern University.
