RIESTER Announces the Acquisition of Regional, Full-Service Agency Santy

PHOENIX, March 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- RIESTER announces the purchase of Santy Integrated Inc., a 25-year-old, regional advertising and public relations company that bolstered its public relations offerings two years ago with its acquisition of top Phoenix-based PR firm BJ Communications. RIESTER gains all of Santy's full-time employees, including experts in creative, public relations, digital and strategic planning.  The Firm is also delighted to welcome Santy's top-notch clients in the categories of consumer-packaged goods, communications, construction, commercial and residential heating and cooling, restaurant, social issue and healthcare marketing as well as the iconic restaurant brand, Peter Piper Pizza. The signed agreement reflects an acquisition date of April 1. The integration process began this week to assure a seamless transition.
