Ridgeline Announces Executive Management Promotions

CALGARY, Feb. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. ("Ridgeline" or the "Company") (TSXV: RLE, OTCQX: RGDEF, FSE: RL7) a water treatment and energy technology company, today announces Management promotions that are part of long-term management development plans for addressing the growth needs of the Company.

Tony Ker Chief Executive Officer "CEO" of Ridgeline since December 2008 will become Executive Chairman of the Board, as of today. Tony's responsibilities will be in Board related activities, strategic planning, investor relations, security regulations, acquisitions, and concentration on business operations within Canada. Mr. Ker works in the Vancouver, British Columbia office.

Dennis M. Danzik, current Director and head of engineering and operations since early 2011, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, as of today. As the Company moves aggressively into the Industrial/Commercial water treatment industry and the demand shifts primarily in U.S. markets. Mr. Danzik carries over thirty years' experience in engineering design, and has held executive and board member positions on five public exchanges worldwide. Mr. Danzik works in the Scottsdale, Arizona offices.

Douglas Johnson remains a Director and will stay with the Ridgeline Board. Mr. Johnson has served as Ridgeline Chairman for eight years. "All of us wish to thank Doug for his leadership as Chairman and his continued support as Director, stated Tony Ker."
