Ridge Global Names Gianpiero "JP" Balestrieri to Board of Advisors

In his capacity as managing partner at CFA, Gianpiero "JP" Balestrieri brings over 20 years of executive management, corporate strategy and investment banking experience leading and advising domestic and international clients in connection with all phases of investment and exit strategy, business development, origination, valuation, structuring, and closing for M&A; divestitures; turnarounds; joint ventures; corporate, project and structured finance transactions. Previously, Mr. Balestrieri was a founding member and owner of Optiglobe Communications Inc. and, before that, a corporate director/dirigente for General Electric/GEPS, an M&A and project finance attorney at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, and an investment officer at the IFC of the World Bank Group. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds B.A. in finance/economics from the York University/London School of Economics and a J.D. from the American University/WCL.
