RideCell Announces Michael Cottle as Vice President of Sales and Business Development
SAAS industry veteran will help drive customer acquisition and solidify RideCell's leadership in the software to power mobility-as-a-service space.
SAN FRANCISCO, July 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RideCell, the leading provider of software to power mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), including car-sharing, ride sharing, fixed-route, and dynamic transit services, today announced the appointment of Michael Cottle as its Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Cottle, a software industry veteran with more than 25 years of software and SAAS sales and marketing experience, will oversee all aspects of sales operations and management for RideCell worldwide.

Most recently, Michael Cottle served as Vice President Business Development at Verve Mobile, where he was responsible for building out Verve's content and technology partnerships worldwide. Prior to joining Verve Mobile, Cottle was Vice President of Worldwide Sales at deCarta Inc. (acquired by Uber Technologies), where he managed a worldwide sales team and effectively expanded their geospatial/mapping/routing platform and navigation toolkit.
