Combining the strengths of both companies, the collaboration will further the advancement of new mobility services.
The two companies will combine DENSO hardware developed specifically for new mobility use cases with the Ridecell platform to advance future transportation solutions for automakers and other mobility providers. In addition, DENSO will participate in Ridecell's Series B round of funding, an investment that aligns the two companies to deliver innovative products and solutions that benefit the automotive industry evolution, from vehicle producers to on-demand transportation providers.
