MALVERN, Pa., Jan. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Ricoh Americas Corporation today announced that it has achieved kCura's Orange-level Relativity Best in Service recognition for outstanding and exceptional customer service for Relativity end users.
Ricoh's legal review solutions provide attorneys with a robust cloud environment, allowing them to benefit from technological advances in document review instantly. The Ricoh team understands the immediate needs of the legal industry and continues to make strategic investments in its personnel and infrastructure to help meet those needs. And as such, the company's consultative approach, led by its team of Relativity certified professionals, has assisted legal organizations by customizing matter-specific solutions with best-in-class technology and processes that have helped lead to controlled costs and gained efficiencies.
"At Ricoh, we know that attorneys are seeking more effective review strategies. This is why our portfolio includes solutions to help improve attorney workflows by enabling them to quickly browse, search, annotate, and share the latest versions of important case documents efficiently, utilizing a combination of advanced technology solutions and tenured industry-leading personnel," said David Greetham, Vice President, eDiscovery Operations, Ricoh Americas Corporation. "This recognition from kCura is exciting for us as we continue to make strategic investments to advance our team and our resources - with the ultimate goal of providing our clients with expert guidance to craft the right strategy to help bolster their success rate."
Through a voluntary audit, Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners' individual data centers in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.
kCura has two designations for Best in Service partners' data centers: Orange and Blue. While both designate data centers that meet the same basic qualifications, Orange-level sites are recognized for making additional investments in people, process, and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts.
"We've enjoyed working with Ricoh ever since they became a hosting partner in 2011," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "Their determination to successfully earn the Orange-level Best in Service designation demonstrates their commitment to providing an exceptional Relativity experience every step of the way."
At LegalTech, Ricoh will have a private suite at the New York Hilton Midtown where it will be showing customers how to leverage Relativity and other technologies and services to facilitate workflow efficiencies. To schedule a meeting, please contact Jannelle Prieve at [email protected].
