Veteran consultant joins broker's Southeast U.S. operation

ATLANTA, Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockton announced the addition of veteran employee benefits expert Rick Elliott as a Producer in the Southeast U.S. Lockton is the world's largest privately held insurance broker.

Elliott brings more than 32 years of experience in the employee benefits, insurance, and healthcare industries, having held leadership roles with both insurance carriers and insurance brokers, serving as both a producer and consultant. Most recently, he has been CEO of UnitedHealthcare of Georgia, a role he held since 2008. Previously, he led the employee benefits practice for Willis, a publicly-held broker. Elliott has experience working with a wide range of businesses, mid-sized organizations, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
