Rick Crossland to Give Speech at the Business Excellence Forum
Ohio-based ActionCOACH will talk about creating a culture of accountability
LAS VEGAS, July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- What is one of the most important issues facing business owners today? Creating a culture of accountability within any business certainly ranks highly on the list. Success in business comes down to execution, not strategy and ActionCOACH Rick Crossland will be talking about how to develop that culture at the Business Excellence Forum.
Crossland will outline specific strategies to face and overcome these challenges when he talks about "Creating a Culture of Accountability in Your Company... Why Culture Trumps Strategy," at the 2011 Business Excellence Forum.
The 2011 Business Excellence Forum is the year's premier event for small business owners and entrepreneurs – offering a unique opportunity to discover cutting-edge business strategies from some of the top entrepreneurs, speakers and coaches in the world.
All of the speakers and workshops at the event are targeted to deliver high-impact and effective business growth and information to substantially grow small business income, profits and teamwork.
Both Les Brown and ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars will speak at the event, in addition to a total of 11 additional speakers and coaches, including Crossland.
"I'm really excited to speak at this event in front of so many accomplished business people. The methodology I've developed in creating a culture of accountability for my clients is another reason I'm so excited," Crossland said.
"When businesses have troubles, I've found it's very seldom about strategy. Instead it's most often about execution. And things don't get done the way they should because the company lacks a culture of accountability."
Crossland laid out part of his methodology.
"There are four steps or keys to the process. First, are the goals for the organizations aligned correctly? Second, does the leader know how to teach the team activities that produce results? Third, businesses need to practice lead measures that are predictive and will help drive results. Finally, there needs to be a rhythm or cadence of accountability so that team members actually report what they have done and what they haven't."
Crossland's speech is just one presentation that will benefit those that attend the Business Excellence Forum, which will be held at the world famous Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Florida on August 19 and 20, highlighted by featured speakers Brad Sugars and Les Brown and sponsored by ActionCOACH, the world's number one business coaching firm.
