WASHINGTON, Jan. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Richard Neal who represents Massachusetts 1^st Congressional District, the new ranking member of the Ways and Means Committee, will discuss Democratic strategy as Congress considers the future of the Affordable Care Act at a National Press Club Newsmaker news conference at 10 a.m., Thurs., Jan 12, in the club's Bloomberg Room.

Rep. Neal also will discuss other topics including the prospect of comprehensive tax reform in the 115^th Congress and U.S. trade policy under a Trump Administration.
