NEW YORK, March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard Bernstein Advisors (RBA) announced today that assets under management and advisement surpassed four billion dollars as of February 28th, 2017.
Richard Bernstein, RBA's CEO and CIO said "at a time when active managers are under siege, RBA's strategies generally outperformed in 2016 and on a three and five year basis as well (as of December 31, 2016). Rich added: "RBA's investment team has done an outstanding job – across all of our products - mutual funds, SMA's, UIT's and quantitative indices."
RBA is unique in that it combines a "top-down" macro approach utilizing proprietary indicators with quantitative security selection. RBA manages portfolios geared to global asset allocation, global equity allocation, income allocation, and undiscovered investment themes.
John McCombe, President of RBA noted "our "Pactive®" ETF portfolios have fueled our recent growth with a combination of strong performance and low fees. These tactical, balanced - asset allocation strategies utilize passive vehicles to achieve their objectives thus combining active management with passive, lower fee ETFs. We continue to see ongoing demand from investors in this space."
