RF Technologies® Announces New Senior Vice President of Service and Operations
BROOKFIELD, Wis., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RF Technologies®, a leading provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) healthcare safety and security solutions, announced today that it has hired a new senior vice president of service and operations to further strengthen its mission of providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Ken Sandifer will lead RF Technologies' national service team, technical support, operations, and quality and regulatory affairs to help establish strong customer relationships through efficient, cost-effective support. His previous roles include more than a decade of experience in high-level positions in service at General Electric and United Technologies Fire and Security.

Sandifer graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, and received his master's in business administration from Northwestern University. He was also a commissioned U.S. Army officer in the Army Corps of Engineers for five years.
